I am a classically drenched trained chef who has been a chef in the culinary industry for 18 years now and absolutely love the fusion of food.

I am a professional chef of 18 years now in the culinary field. I attended culinary school in San Francisco at Le cordon bleu and have worked under Michelin star chef Hubert Keller and several other credible chefs. I am classically French trained and have worked in fine dining restaurants, hotels, private yacht clubs as well as country clubs.
