I am a professional Chef with 19 years of experience. I am classically trained, starting as a busser in a small breakfast and lunch restaurant. I have worked diligently, in every style of restaurant with various styles of cuisine. From small mom and pop breakfast spots to college bars selling 1000 handmade burgers on any given weekend. Fine dining fusion and World-renowned health resorts to 5-star senior living. My years of diverse experience have provided me abundant opportunities to learn and push myself to be better.
