Chef passionate about creating seasonal dishes inspired by Italian & Mediterranean flavors.

American Chef located in the New York City area offering private catering experiences. I am super passionate about creating nourishing menus using farm-fresh ingredients.

I attended culinary school in Bangkok and worked for Michelin-starred Chef Haikal Johari for his restaurant group, Water Library.

In 2016, I relocated to Mid-Coast Maine with an opportunity to cook with James Beard Award winning Chef Melissa Kelly at her restaurant, Primo in Rockland. There I learned a seasonal, rustic approach to cooking with a focus on highlighting produce and meat from local farms.

In 2021, I became Chef de Cuisine of the second Primo location in Orlando, Florida.
