I have been cooking ever since I could see over the stove top. From breakfast before school, to helping my grandfather make his Sunday Sauce. I love making delicious meals, and creating new takes on classic favorites.
I have been in the Industry for 15+ years, my first job being a locally owned pizza restaurant in a small town in NY. When I turned 18, I moved to the city, and got my start at a well known Italian spot in the heart of downtown. That's where I really fell in love with the creation behind cooking, and the rest is history
