Amazingly delicious food and he created a vegan option as well that was much appreciated!!

Chef Eric and Wendy created an experience which we will be remembering for years to come! We had family members from across the country coming out for a big birthday weekend and the dinner with Eric was the highlight of the trip. The thought, care and prep that went into the dinner was unmatched. He came around through each course (9 of them to be exact) and made sure it was up to our expectations. He even brought freshly caught fish that he had caught a few days before for the ceviche which was a true treat. Everyone left feeling the love poured into the meal, worth every penny! Thank you both SO much!!! We hope to be able to use him again in the future!
