I love being in the kitchen atmosphere, and when the dish is ready I can't wait to see expressions of delighted senses.
I've been a professional chef for over 20 years. I lived in Bend Oregon for 30 years where I've done most of my cooking. A great place to learn due to an extreme amount of resources to work with. I worked at Sunriver Resort as Sous Chef for 15 years. I worked at both the Lodge Kitchen and banquets at the Great Hall.
