Private Chef In ManhattanEric’s passion for preparing food began at home with his family as a youth. He spent time with his mother and aunts learning his way around the kitchen and learning the basics of what it means to cook a great meal.
After a few years learning and building a strong foundation, his family entrusted him with the task of preparing holiday meals at the age of twelve.
Eric’s professional culinary experience began while attending both Johnson and Wales in Rhode Island, and The Art Institute of New York to sharpen his skills and become a master of his craft in culinary arts. In 2015 he graduated with a degree in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management
