I am a self proclaimed chef from Miami Fl., I been cooking for over 25 years. I specialize in Afro Cuban Cuisine as well as Caribbean. Im extremely versatile and diverse in cooking. I was learned Southern Cuisine when I moved to Alabama in the early 90's. Cooking is a passion of mine and I enjoy the authenticity of a dish the love I have for cooking is displayed in every bite.
