Chef Manny was amazing. He was very professional, yet a lot of fun. He made it quite the experience for my wife and I, and all of our guests. The food and presentation were nothing short of amazing. I would highly recommend Chef Manny to anyone. We look forward to traveling back to Kalispell in the future and will certainly use Chef Manny again.

Chef Manny was great! His food was delicious and it was a blast getting to hang out with him. Really appreciate everything he did!

Chef Manny was easy to work with and provided a beautiful dinner service for 5. He made the planning easy and was super responsive to all of my questions leading up to it. We had 2 vegans and 3 meat eaters and told him to surprise us with the menu. He surpassed expectations and prepared a delicious meal that everyone enjoyed. The plating was beautiful and he even brought fresh flowers for the table. We hope to be able to see him again when we return to Montana!

Chef Manny was incredible! He helped us craft a custom menu and went above and beyond for my dad’s birthday dinner! Chef went above and beyond to make the event perfect and exceeded our expectations! Hands down the best crab cake I’ve ever had! Great conversation and highly recommend!

Manny was terrific for our 4 person anniversary dinner!! He dealt with the chaos at our house (5 kids running around, a door code error that resulted in him waiting outside for us for an hour and having an hour less prep time!) seamlessly and was so relaxed about everything that it put us at ease. He was flexible in helping us with menu selections in advance, and the food was just amazing!!!! Each course was delicious and each of us had a different favorite menu item! The flavors and preparation as well as plating were perfect. We will absolutely have Manny back to cook for us for our next special occasion!!

Chef Manny prepared an excellent meal for our family gathering of 10. Everyone loved the meal which was expertly prepared and delicious. We truly appreciated all the effort and time that Chef took to travel to a small town in Canada for our dinner. Highly recommend Chef Manny. He had lots of menu options to choose from.

We had an incredible dinner and evening thanks to our chef Manny. He was kind and pleasant to talk to. He was happy to chat with some of our family while he was cooking and preparing our meal. All of the food was delicious, from the salad, to the pasta entree, to the dessert. Would highly recommend Manny if you are looking for a chef.
