I love creating approachable but unique dishes that put the spotlight on fresh ingredients.

I am a professional private chef, working on a freelance basis for different catering companies and private families. I graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education with a Culinary Arts degree, and went on to work at two Michelin-starred restaurants, Le Bernardin and Le Coucou. My cooking takes French techniques to a modern place with a simple approach, highlighting seasonal ingredients.
