Private Chef In San DiegoI am a professional chef with 5 years of experience in the culinary world. I studied at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City as well as the Lorenzo de' Medici Institute in Florence, Italy. I spent a year cooking at Alex Guarnaschelli's famed New York restaurant, Butter, before switching over to private cooking throughout Manhattan and the Hamptons. My cooking style combines both my Jewish and Italian roots, with a focus on seasonal nutrient-dense ingredients. While I love to serve family-style and indulgent meals, I also have a lot of experience creating gluten-free and dairy-free menus and I'm comfortable working around any dietary restrictions.
