I love the culinary arts because it allows me to express myself without saying anything and let’s people come together through food.

I am 23 years old, fairly new to the culinary industry but I am so passionate about food and the power that comes from cooking. I am a recent graduate from UNLV’s hospitality food and beverage program in May of 2024. I am originally from the island of Guam but moved to Las Vegas four years ago to attend UNLV. I fell in love with the hospitality industry since then and currently work at Delilah at the Wynn.

In my culture (Chamorro & Filipino) cooking is the best way to show someone how much you care about them and I have always let that passion drive me.

I learned to cook at...

I’ve learned to cook at UNLV, Din Tai Fung at the Aria, I found my passion for pastries from The Coffee Class and currently at Delilah at the Wynn.

A cooking secret...

My secret in the kitchen is to never have fear of judgement because that will never allow you to grow and learn in the culinary world.
