Private Chef In CorneliusI have spent the entirety of my professional career in food & beverage. From 2008-2010 I even owned my own little taqueria & bar (Cantina) in Charlottesville, VA. I love the industry, am a very technical chef and server; and have served every single position that the restaurant industry has to offer. I know and can make all of the classic and tropical cocktails, and spent a year studying/applying gastronomy techniques as it applies to fine dining and craft cocktail execution. While the majority of my professional experience has been in FOH, while I stayed at home with my four young babies I did quite a bit of private chef gigs all throughout Hawaii and the Virgin Islands. I was trained by all the kitchen ninjas of my former life, and fine tuned my skills under the tutelage of my children’s father, who is a classically trained French chef, former executive chef of Barton G’s South Beach and graduate of California Culinary Institute. I do hope that I have the opportunity to serve you and your guests the most inclusive, intimate private dining experience that you have ever witnessed.
