Private Chef In OrlandoI’m a trained chef over 13 years experience in Hospitality services working in different hotels and restaurants in Mexico and Monaco. My education started in Mexico at Universidad de Hidalgo, where I got my degree in Culinary arts, after that my hunger for knowledge brought me to Principality of Monaco where I studied at Lycée Technique et Hotelier de Monte Carlo and I got the chance to do an scholarship in the Monte Carlo Bay, Hotel, two Michelin stars resort.
After few years working in Mexico City in Intercontinental Hotel Mexico City as waitress, Front desk attendant, 1st Commis and Pastry Chef, I joined Princess Cruises by 3 years cooking around the world as Demi Chef de Partie.
Last years I’ve been working as a private chef onboard a 77 ft catamaran in the Virgin Islands, cooking 8 guests up and 4 crew.
