I am an Auguste escoffier school of culinary arts graduate with a diploma as well as an associates degree in occupational studies. Immediately after graduating I began pursuing entrepreneurship as a private chef and caterer. I specialize in soul food, but I am proficient in all cuisines. I love to serve people and cook.
