Dynamic chef with over 12 years of experience ranging from catering to private chef and in recent years restaurant chef in Philadelphia.
I am a professional chef with over 12 years experience where I have been a business owner as well as worked for many restaurants, clients, and other establishments.
I most recently led 3 different restaurant openings in Philadelphia as the Executive Chef and have worked for some of the best chefs in the city. I excel at a wide range of cuisines, but have a passion for seafood and European influences.
