Personal Chef In San AntonioI am an italian chef, I moved to the United states 8 years ago and I was the Pasta chef at a famous local restaurant in San Antonio, Texas, named Battalion. My pasta was rated one of the best pasta in Texas, according to Texas monthly.
Now I am a Personal Chef, a caterer, meal prep and I offer cooking lessons and pasta lessons .
When I travel, the first thing I do is to look for authentic food, food tells almost everything about the history of a place and its habits.
I traveled a lot, always trying to learn new techniques and recipes. I had a strong connection with all the women in general, grandmothers, mothers, they shared with me all their little secrets or suggestions, we were learning always from each other.
