I'm a private chef based in New York City and the surrounding areas. I graduated from the Italian Culinary Academy (now International Culinary Center) where I spent several months in Italy learning Italian cuisine and culture. After, I spent 5 years working in restaurants throughout the city ranging from fine dining to farm to table to a cheese and wine bar. I've also spent summers as a private chef/catering chef in the Hamptons.

Chef Elana was amazing. Leading up to our dinner we discussed dietary restrictions and she made sure everyone was taken care of. She surprised us with delicious cocktails. There was so much food and it all was delicious. 3 courses and clean up was amazing. The girls and I were able to sit back and relax. Thank you so much Elana!! It was superb!! ~ Stacey

Chef Elena was awesome. We gave her a bit of a different menu and she hit our theme with tasteful perfection. She was on time and friendly. Everything was prepared to perfection with a gourmet flair. The kitchen area was spotless before she left, leftovers packaged and labeled. In all, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend Chef Elena for any type of event as she navigated ours with precision and produced delectable delights for our enjoyment. 5 Stars in every aspect!
