I am a personal chef who has worked in both households and restaurants for the past 7 years in Massachusetts and California. I have experience working individually and on a team catering parties ranging from 5-200 people. I have professional experience serving in restaurants and at events, as well as cooking. I am passionate about the traditions, innovation and organization of cooking and enthused by the opportunities to help people maintain healthy lifestyles and create beautiful memories and connections through delicious food. I love working as a personal chef because it gives me the opportunity to interact with both the food I'm making and the people eating it, which helps me influence the experience positively as I have a friendly personality and a contagiously joyful demeanor. Tailoring to the challenges of each persons specifications within their diet excites me because the variety keeps work interesting.
