I grew up in a small town in Michoacán, Mexico, there I had my first contact with the roots of authentic cuisine love with life and cooking, I traveled to Cancun to find a new horizon and discover my passion. I started working in a beach club, passing through author restaurants to ultra-luxury hotels, performing kitchen, bar, service, and general manager functions. That allowed me to live with some of the best chefs in Mexico and some in the world.
During this life journey, I developed a deep love for wine, and I decided to study as a sommelier.
