Executive Chef Efrain Tiomno graduated from the prestigious Sergio Perez Culinary Institute in Havana, Cuba in 1996. Efrain honed his culinary skills in Asia, Africa, Europe, the Mediterranean, South America, the Carribean, the Middle East, and North America as a chef aboard Iberostar and Fred Olsen cruise lines.
