My name is Efrain Barreiro, I am a Chef with more than 25 years of experience, and I have skills as a chef, baker, and pastry chef. I studied culinary in Cuba and have lived in Argentina, Costa Rica, and the United States all the countries I lived in, I have always worked as a chef or sous chef, gaining a lot of experience and knowing the customs, tastes, and different flavors. I believe that all Chefs, in addition to challenges and goals, have much to learn and discover.
