My career as a hospitality professional has allowed me to obtain substantial knowledge in the culinary field. Many years of experience has placed me in direct paths with great restaurants, hotels, and personal, private chef opportunities and resources. I have accrued quite an abundance of skills in team leadership, food cost, food sales, waste management, labor cost, forecasting, being a team player, and encouraging my staff to perform to their best abilities possible. I am a very hard and passionate employer and employee. My constant drive to push toward, monthly, quarterly and annual goals are tremendous. My goal is to always be consistent in bringing an awesome attitude and total dedication to any establishment that I am a part of.
