Started cooking professionally at age 16. Four restaurants later and my passion of cooking turned into teaching and private dinners and events.
I Attended CCA culinary school in SF in the early 2000. I have owned and operated four successful restaurants. I live and worked in some of the most amazing places. Copenhagen, Denmark (Michelin Starred) , Lanai Hawaii, Tahoe City ( Wolfdales), SF for Bradley Ogden at Lark Creek. All before I picked up a sushi knife. After studying under a Japanese Chef for 3 years.
I turned my previous kitchen chef experiences into a much more specialized chef role as a sushi chef. I have been mastering sushi now for over 17 years.
