- Chef Eddie, often referred to as Chef ET, is a composed, pleasant and hardworking creative who has a passion for great food. Inspired by his ardor for the culinary industry, he studied diligently under Master Chef Joachim Buchner at Maryland’s Chevy Chase Country Club; in addition to his training at the University of Maryland’s Fine Dining and VIP Events Department. His favorite cooking reflections are his experiences at the Master’s Golf Tournament held in Augusta, Georgia. Chef Eddie is also experienced in mobile food service. Having managed the operations of two farm-to-table sustainable food trucks, he enjoys building concepts and menus from the ground up. Currently, Chef ET serves the families and busy professionals of the DC, Maryland, and Virginia Metropolitan area as a personal/private chef. He personally sources, prepares, and serves custom meals and exhibits superior customer service to each client in the convenience of their preferred dining location.
