Food was delicious. The chef was personable and flexible to our needs. Preparation and cleanup was efficient.

Chef Earl is the man, plain and simple. He was extremely professional and made it feel like a true home experience. Words cannot describe how delicious the meal was from start to finish. I am glad that I already have Earl scheduled to come back to cook us Thai food after cooking amazing Italian tonight. Do yourself a favor and book with chef Earl and don’t think twice about it.

Thank you Chef Earl for making dinner for my husband and I on this Valentine’s Day. The experience and service was beyond my expectations. Everything was delicious, he left everything so clean that it doesn't look like he cooked. I will definitely hire him again. Thank you.

Amazing chef, that really took the time and attention to detail when it came to making sure the presentation and the food was amazing. It really did well for my girlfriends 30th birthday. Highly recommend and thank you again for the awesome culinary expeirence and presentation!

Chef Silvers and his assistant Mary were exactly what I was looking for in a special birthday dinner for my wife. They were very professional, responsive, and open to incorporating my preferred elements into the dishes. They also executed service perfectly on the day-of, making my home feel like a full-service restaurant experience. We loved having them and the food was excellent! Top marks for Chef.

Chef Earl was a pleasure. In planning a dinner celebration for my wife's birthday, he was very responsive to my requests, developing a menu that was exactly what we wanted. Once he arrived at our home, he prepped quickly and efficiently and delivered a four-course meal with perfect timing. And everything was delicious!

Chef Earl was amazing! He made this fathers day dinner extra special for my husband. The menu was exactly what we were looking for, the food came out delicious! My husband was a bit apprehensive to have a “stranger” in the house, but Chef Earl instantly put those worries to rest with his laid personality. I definitely recommend Chef Earl for your event!
