I’m Dylon—a culinary artist, entrepreneur, I am very passionate about what I do in the kitchen.All thanks to my mom who taught me everything I know.
I am a professional chef with 10+ years under my belt. My cooking journey started at the young age of 4 in my mother’s kitchen. I am a well rounded chef with experience in many different cuisines and I also love a challenge. My background is Caribbean-based but I have come to learn how to cook a plethora of dishes, from Italian to Asian and everything in between.
