Started while in high school working a diner, then moved to an Italian restaurant for a year, then went to culinary school at the American academy of culinary arts.
Went on to working at a 4 star Forbes hotel in the heart of the Florida pan handle working and leading a restaurant doing 700-1000 covers a day making multi million dollars a year in food alone.
Wanted to take my career to the next level so I got a job in fine dining restaurants where i can really put my skills to the test and use my great potential. I love constantly bringing the most creative dishes to life.
I have my degree in culinary arts, 6 years of experience in professional kitchens, hundreds of high end banquets and large food production experience, as well as teaching basic food preparation and principles lastly, a relentless, and brave personality as well as high motivation to cultivate the culinary field
