Chef originally born and raised in Queens NYC. Culinary School in NJ, and CA at CIA. Run Pie Business in Hawaii. Over 8 Years of Professional Culinary Experience. Over 4 Years of Private Chef Experience. I studied traditional French Cuisine, opened up a Thai Restaurant, worked in Michelin Italian Brooklyn Restaurant. Finally I have a cultural background in Mexico, Italy, and Dominican Republic, taking my creativity and dishes to the NEXT LEVEL!
