My Name is Dwayne Washington, I have been cooking since I was 7 years old( 15 years roughly). Ever since I was young I have had a special connection with food, most of my family were chefs but the ones that stood out the most were my Grandparents and my Father. My Grandmother use to own a restaurant called Treme Diner in New Orleans area and it was one of the best in the city at the time. She closed down before I was born and she focused on being a grandmother and I stayed close to her and my father learning as much as I could before her passing. My dream is to buy back her building and run my business out of it but in the mean time I want people to taste the legacy that she and my other family members have bestowed upon me.
