I have over 25 years experience in the hospitality industry. My cultural background and working experience allow me gain vast experience in the culinary Asian and French cuisines. I also took several culinary courses in Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore and Japan. At this stage of my career, I love to bring my culinary skills and experience to people’s home.
