Professional chef with 13 years of experience. Learned to cook when I was 5 but fell in love with food while in Hawaii. Attended the New York Restaurant School at AINYC. I have worked various sectors of the industry from sports and entertainment to upscale, Corp dining and even higher education. I have also fulfilled the role of director of operations.
