Experienced in high-end dining as well as fun and casual, I have worked in country clubs, restaurants and schools.
Most recently I was the Director of Food & Nutrition for a K-12 school district, other experience includes high-end country clubs and restaurants.
A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, with degrees in Culinary Arts, Business Management & Marketing. I have experienced many facets of the culinary world.
While I was the Executive Chef, a coffee shop I was leading was voted Best in PA by Eat This Not That. I have created concepts from the ground up and enjoy creating custom menus to fit guests needs.
