Tons of real working experience with catering, private chef work (including private parties), destination events, event production, custom menu creation, group tastings and more. I prefer private chef work to outlet work because of the relationships and friendships I form along the way, and because I get to deal directly with my customers. This helps to EXCEED my clients expectations. My aim is always to provide dedicated service and communication, and a reasonable price tag. I will always work with your budget, and be honest about my expertise.

Chef Doug was a delight. We had him over as a valentine's day surprise on a weekday and Chef Doug blew expectations out of the water. He came prepared, Paced dishes well and paired the dishes with a great flow. His ingredients were well selected and his dishes left us inspired. We enjoyed every dish as much as the last. He left us the leftovers and we used his sauces in multiple dishes afterwards. Highly recommend Chef Doug for any event!

Awesome food and a great time!

Chef Douglas was superb! We had a small dinner party and each of us had little ones going down at dinner time. He worked with our crazy schedule, and the food was delicious even with him having to push off the time serving it! You can tell he loves serving people and excels is the craft! The food portions were so generous! Worth every penny for a special occasion. Highly recommend Chef Douglas specifically!

Chef Doug was awesome! Our girls night was super fun and relaxing and his food was amazing. We can't wait to try some of his other menu items at another event!

We hired the chef for my sister's 50th wedding anniversary, so this information is second hand. But by sister and brother-in-law said it was a wonderful special treat. It was a perfect present and much enjoyed.
