I’m just me. I started out with culinary school in high school then moved on to more important things in life and forgot all about cooking. Until one day I woke up and realized what my true passion was and what defines me. I have been all over the world and back be to 48 states and 7 countries overseas also been to Canada and Mexico. I have an arrange of flavors and spices that I ad to my food that makes it me. My number one thing to cook is steaks and shrimp. Second would be chicken and salmon so you have your choice I’m a southern man from the south who puts a twist on everything that he cooks
