Howdy! I'm Doug, a self taught private chef from Dallas, TX. More than anything I love my family-my wife, mom, brother, and sister. Sadly we lost my dad in 2012, but I became a Fightin’ Texas Aggie like him, and after graduation I cooked in restaurants and private homes across NC and NY. After 10 years my bride Ashley and I moved home, a street away from my sister! I am obsessed with food, my cat Ginevra, and eSports. 17 years as a professional cook means I thrive under pressure, and I'm at my best when I'm able to plan, execute, and serve an exciting menu.
