I was also the resort executive chef for Caesars Palace Mas Vegas I've also works as executive chef for most resort within the Caribbean such as Sandals Grande Antigua, Sandals Exzuma, Sandals Grade Ochio Rios and Sandals Negril.
I have also managed some of the largest Cruise Ships Culinary Brigade such as Celebrate Cruises.
