Private Chef in Long Island

I am a professional chef with over 5 years of experience in the culinary world. I’ve been cooking since I was at a young age. I grew up helping my parents in our bakery in the Philippines.

I gained my professional culinary skills at the International Culinary Center formerly French Culinary Institute in New York City.

To further enhance my professional training, I worked for Michelin-starred restaurants in New York City. Most of my experience came from working as private chef for private families including high profile ones around Manhattan area and the Hamptons. My specialties are Thai, Filipino, Mediterranean, American, Italian and French cuisine.
