With roots in the rich soil of rural Kansas, I was transplanted to the bustling metropolis of Los Angeles, California, where my culinary journey truly began. From a young age, I assisted my mother with catering events, igniting a passion for food and culture that has only continued to grow. Over the years, I have honed my skills in a variety of settings, from fast-food restaurants and late-night pizza establishments to country clubs and high-end catering gigs for companies such as Netflix and NBC Studios. Along the way, I have had the privilege of working with talented chefs and colleagues, elevating my palate and knowledge to new heights.
