Chef Donald Vonderheide

So this Don guy is pretty cool, he learned to cook as a kid, hanging out in Grandma's kitchen, he makes me laugh all the time, and his wife ( yes, he is. Very happily married ) says he's cute, I don't see it, but she is insistent. Don got his cooking experience from a combination of teaching himself at home, and learning all he could at every restaurant he worked in for over thirty years, and it has been many different restaurants, and many opportunities for learning and perfecting his art.
