I am a professional chef with 15 years experience in the culinary world. I studied at the school of Escoffier culinary Academy. Learning international cuisine I found a passion of Italian food and emphasize my studies on it. But I have also grew up learning Mexican food from my family which is my first love. I have studied other areas of cuisine and enjoy cooking in all arenas of this vast culinary melting pot. I now reside in Santa Rosa .
