I am a personal chef with 14 years of cooking experience. My drive for cooking started from my great grandparents who had strong roots from the south. Living in Southern California, they would show me different foods from our roots from down south like gumbo, jambalaya, fish and grits, Po’boys and many more. Good southern food wasn’t really around growing up where I lived so it in spired me to cook.
