The greatest honor you can give yourself is fulfilling what God put you on this earth to do. My purpose is cooking.
I am a graduate from the Culinary Institute of America (CIA). I have worked along side the most prestigious chefs in San Antonio. I have privately chefed for a family of five for 4 years. My food has been partnership with 12 HEB locations. I am currently planting my feet in Corpus Christi hoping to utilize the fresh seafood Texas has to offer.
