With almost 20 years of culinary experience, including, but not limited to cooking and managing Micheline kitchens, high end kitchen operations under Andrew Carmellini, and Catch Group; I bring a passion for high-quality, personalized cuisine and a deep respect for the intimate nature of private service.

I specialize in Italian, French and Mediterranean fare, and am adept at designing menus that reflect clients' unique tastes and nutritional needs. I have the ability to cook a range of cuisines and am happy to do so.

From formal dinner parties to day-to-day family meals, I approach every meal with care, discretion, and creativity. My experience working in affluent private homes, estates, and exclusive vacation homes has instilled in me a strong sense of professionalism, flexibility, and attention to detail.
