I am a professional chef with 16 years of experience, working everywhere from sports bars to 3 Michelin starred restaurants. I love learning new styles of cooking and techniques as well as perfecting what I already know. Right now I’m getting into authentic sushi and Japanese cuisine!

In my personal life, I enjoy training Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai as well as hanging out with the two ladies in my life, my cat and my girlfriend.

It was great having DJ to prepare our food and we look forward to his return.

Chef DJ was a delight from our first interaction to the last delicious bite of dessert (and the surprise chocolate chip cookies). The food was meticulously and beautifully presented. DJ’s willingness to prepare the doneness of the salmon main to individual tastes was so appreciated. We and our guests were charmed by his personality as well as his culinary skills. Everyone had a marvelous evening.

Chef DJ was awesome! We were in a remote area in the Colorado mountains but he made it to us no problem. And he was a little early! He has a very thoughtful menu, told us about his professional experience and how that influenced his food. The dishes were outstanding! The quality of the food was impressive especially considering this was not from a restaurant. His clean up was a nice touch and it made the experience feel truly luxurious. Highly recommend!

Chef DJ was absolutely incredible! Amazing dishes, great presentation -- everyone in our party was amazed. Plus communication and organization were both amazing. I'd hire DJ again in a heartbeat!

Chef DJ exceeded every single one of our expectations! He was so accommodating for some requests our group had, as well as a food sensitivity request. Every dish was beautiful in addition to being delicious. Our kitchen was left better than when he arrived. Chef DJ wa so kind and we would 11/10 recommend his services!

Chef DJ created an amazing menu for a 40th birthday celebration! We worked together on wine pairings to go with each course. The quality and taste was outstanding! I highly recommend Chef DJ.

The night Chef DJ created for us was spectacular! The communication throughout the process was terrific, chef was very prompt, the food was exquisite, and clean up was like he wasn't even there. We couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more that evening. 5 stars all around for Chef DJ! We will most definitely use his services again.
