I am Diego Negri an Italian chef from ROME. I started this job 23 years ago starting with culinary school in Italy 5 years of studies. I worked in different Italian regions to learn different traditions of Italian food then at 22 I decided to leave Italy and go around the world to learn new types of cuisine between Spain, France, England etc. I have worked in many starred restaurants of world-renowned chefs teaching new techniques and types of cuisine. I am ready to offer my service of my cultural baggage of these years. I have several articles with my name and I have also been a part-time hotel school teacher for cooking classes
