I am French-trained former Executive Chef with years of experience in different international cuisines. Well traveled during my time in the military, I love exploring new cultures and telling a story with my food. I take pride in creating new memories for my clients to enjoy with their loved ones and guests. I joyfully accommodate gluten-free guests and those with other dietary requirements. Cooking with "Sazón" - a perfection of flavor and color - is what I do.

Also have knowledge in Gluten-free menus and AIP diets.

I created Sazón Chefs to better serve those with quest of enjoying delicious flavors.

Diego made my moms 70th birthday dinner really special, the lamb chops were incredible and he was great to work with!

Incredible demeanor.

Chef Diego knocked it out of the park for our 40th anniversary dinner. He is clearly a professional and knows just how much to engage and how much privacy to provide and it felt very comfortable. The food was out of this world. We truly cannot name a favorite dish. My wife said this was the most memorable experience and we are very grateful. Worth every penny for a special event.

Diego was very responsive and thoughtful in his communication prior to arriving. His energy is very professional but casual and personable. He read the room well, engaged appropriately and shared information of the food as he presented it. His timing was seamless between courses. The dishes, all of them, were amazing along with being proportioned well. 100000% recommend him for this service.
