I’ve been a professional chef for seven years but I’ve been cooking for 10+ years. I studied culinary arts and restaurant management at Diablo Valley College in Pleasant Hill, Ca. In a French kitchen. I’ve worked in different kitchens, wineries, golf clubs, restaurants in Napa, San Francisco, Oakland, and Berkeley, Ca. My family is from Mexico so I visited and lived there for two years. My favorite food is comfort food.
