hey my name is Diamond im 25 and i love to cater different style of cooking is modern,southern,american but with my own twist to it! my catering business is called royalty catering because uphold the standard that my customers will always eat and be treated like royalty! i have an associates degree in culinary arts and one in culinary management! i love doing culinary competitions . in 2015 i won student chef of the year(with a silver medal) for the central region,i then got 2nd place (gold medal)for overall regions in the united states i have not competed since then because i have been strictly focusing on my catering i’m ready to get back out there do more and continue perfecting my skills!
