I am Chef Raichura, experienced for over a decade in the restaurant industry. Specializing in crafting restaurant-style Indian cuisine. Equipped with the ability to impart culinary knowledge at all levels, from beginner to intermediate and expert, fostering a passion for cooking in others. My true passion comes from deep roots of our family being in the culinary field for over 50 years.
Tandoori Times in Scottsdale and also My father Master Chef Raichura started sharpening my skills at 13. He is now retired Restauranteur in Tanzania.
